At OOTD, we take great care to ensure the quality of every piece before it reaches you. Please note the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:
- Returns: You can check your item while courier on door if you want to return it you can only do if the courier is still on door noting that shipping fees will be applied, once the courier has left and the order has been received, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances. (Either to take the whole order or return the whole order)
- Exchanges: Items may only be exchanged in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or damage. In such cases, the item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, unworn and with all original tags intact.
